That is why we test every single transceiver in the same platforms our clients are installing them in before they leave our facility and when a transceiver is returned - including RMA parts. This rigorous testing process allows Precision to significantly minimize the amount of RMA’s our customers experience.

Cleaning Fiber Connectors:
In many cases, optics that are returned to Precision under an RMA are simply dirty and once cleaned function exactly as expected. Here are the Click Cleaners we use to clean the transceiver and/or fiber jumper you are working with.
