The QSFP28-CLR4 optical transceiver module is designed for high-speed 100G Ethernet transmission over distances of up to 2 kilometers using coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) technology. This module operates without forward error correction (FEC) and is optimized for applications that require low-latency transmission.
It supports single-mode fiber (SMF) with LC connectors, making it ideal for data centers and enterprise networks that prioritize high performance over short to medium distances. The built-in digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) provides real-time performance data, allowing users to maintain and manage network health efficiently.
