The QSFP28M-ZR(I) optical transceiver module is designed for long-distance 100GE and OTU4 transmission over distances up to 80 kilometers using LAN-WDM (LWDM) technology. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) with LC duplex connectors, this module is ideal for long-haul networks, data centers, and telecom applications requiring high-performance, long-range connectivity.

The transceiver supports both 100G Ethernet and OTU4 protocols, making it versatile for a range of network applications. Its hot-swappable design ensures easy installation or replacement without network disruption, while the low power consumption contributes to energy-efficient operation.
