The SFP10G-CXX-40 optical transceiver module supports 10G Ethernet transmission over distances of up to 40 kilometers using coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) technology. This module operates at a specific wavelength (xxxx.xx nm) within the CWDM spectrum, making it ideal for high-density, long-range applications in data centers, enterprise networks, and telecom environments.
Wavelengths are available from 1270nm to 1610nm, providing flexibility for various network requirements. The module is designed for commercial temperature (C-temp) environments and features built-in digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) for real-time performance tracking. Its hot-swappable design allows for quick and easy integration or replacement without service interruption. For wavelengths between 1390nm and 1450nm, the module supports 10.3Gbps only and includes adjusted optical parameters to account for water peak absorption.Â
