En r\u00e9alit\u00e9,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.cisco.com\/press-release-content?type=webcontent&amp;articleId=1955935\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cisco pr\u00e9dit<\/a>&nbsp;que le trafic IP mondial atteindra 396 exaoctets par mois d&#039;ici 2022, en hausse de pr\u00e8s de 3 fois par rapport aux 122 exaoctets par mois en 2017. Beaucoup d\u00e9passent m\u00eame les 200G, passant de 100G \u00e0 400G pour mettre en place une solution \u00e9volutive en pr\u00e9vision de nouveaux pics de demande actuels et futurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightwaveonline.com\/business\/market-research\/article\/14037882\/100g-ethernet-switch-ports-to-peak-in-2020-as-400g-ramps-delloro-group\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dell&#039;Oro Group pr\u00e9dit<\/a>&nbsp;que la demande de ports de commutation Ethernet 100G atteindrait son apog\u00e9e en 2020, repr\u00e9sentant environ 30% du march\u00e9 au cours des cinq ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, tandis que les ventes de ports 400G augmenteraient au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Le secteur des composants optiques a travaill\u00e9 dur pour att\u00e9nuer ces pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alimentation mat\u00e9rielle du r\u00e9seau optique 400G<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour suivre le rythme de cette demande, le mat\u00e9riel qui d\u00e9place les donn\u00e9es doit \u00e9voluer pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins. Les centres de r\u00e9seau \u00e0 large bande passante se sont largement tourn\u00e9s vers la fibre optique pour d\u00e9placer les donn\u00e9es. La conversion des signaux optiques en signaux \u00e9lectriques n\u00e9cessite des \u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs \u00e0 fibre optique et une grande partie de la capacit\u00e9 de bande passante est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont ces dispositifs transmettent les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PAM4 : La solution 400G court-courrier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup choisissent de mettre en \u0153uvre une modulation d&#039;amplitude d&#039;impulsion (PAM) en utilisant PAM4, un sch\u00e9ma de modulation qui combine deux bits en un seul symbole avec quatre niveaux d&#039;amplitude. Cela double efficacement le d\u00e9bit de donn\u00e9es d&#039;un r\u00e9seau, permettant \u00e0 400G pour la transmission \u00e0 courte distance, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 environ 10 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, le passage \u00e0 la longueur d&#039;onde unique 100G prendrait moins d&#039;espace et de puissance que les solutions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. On estime qu&#039;une seule ligne 100G r\u00e9duirait les co\u00fbts d&#039;au moins 40%, par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;architecture 4x25G.
